Apart from daily crowds, we do not dare to offer TVs or clocks in Avenue so that you can enjoy the luxurious slow life without worrying about time. 

 

You can take breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.  Just let us know what time you take breakfast next day.

Located in Garapan, Saipan. It takes about 5~10 minutes on foot to the major hotels, shopping, restaurant and main areas.

It is approximately 8 km (approximately 20 minutes by car) from the airport to the guest house.

 

We have four different types of the rooms offering for our guest, which theme of Bali, Marine, Rose, and Classic with Balcony. All rooms are on the second floor so every each room gets bathed in natural sunlight.

バリ、マリン、ローズ、クラシックという名前をテーマにした4種類の客室をご用意しています。 すべての部屋は2階にございます。

朝食は午前7時から午前10時までご希望の時間に合わせてお召し上がりいただけます。 チェックイン時希望の時間をお伺いさせて頂きます。

ホテルは、サイパンの中心地ガラパンに位置しています。 主要ホテル、ショッピング、レストラン、主要エリアまで徒歩で約5〜10分と非常に便利な場所にあります。

空港からゲストハウスまで約8 km（車で約20分）です。
