Offering Clean and comfortable space for your vacation in convenient great location.
Our garden is greeting you for the specail days with sparkling sunshine.
Apart from daily crowds, we do not dare to offer TVs or watches on Avenue in order to spare luxurious slow life without worrying about time. We do not fix time for breakfast to let you get up at any time without concern for the time and to have a late breakfast slowly. Please let me know at your preferred time. I would be pleased if we can let you immerse yourself in Northern Mariana Island, Saipan's great nature.

Located at Garapan. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to the major hotels, shopping, restaurant in main area for tourists in Garapan.

Please refer service facilities for airport transfer. It is approximately 8 km (approximately 20 minutes by car) from the airport to the guest house.
We have five different types of the rooms offering for our guest, which theme of Bali, Marine, Rose, Classic and Garden with Balcony. All rooms are on second floor so every each room gets beautifully a full of the Sun light.
